Report for America is offering more than 200 jobs in local newsrooms throughout the country. The deadline for emerging journalists to apply is January 31 at midnight.

Report for America offers an incredible range of beats and news organizations—large and small; audio, TV, photography and text; urban and rural. They have beats covering health care,  Native American issues, education, environment, seniors, military bases, criminal justice and government accountability in local news deserts.
